Foundations Nursing Homes Proud to Be Invested in Communities

Foundations Health Solutions is proud to carry the vision of nursing home developer Brian Colleran and be invested in our communities across Ohio.

One of our eastern Ohio nursing facilities in Wheelersburg, Concord Health and Rehabilitation, took part in The River Days Parade. The event is a storied tradition in the Portsmouth area. Our Concord residents enjoyed themselves and being with neighbors from the Wheelersburg and Portsmouth communities.

A number of our nursing homes in the Columbus area participated in Columbus State Community College's job fair. We had representatives from Crown Pointe Care Center, Meadow Grove Transitional Care, and Tuscany Gardens talking with future caregivers about Brian Colleran's vision for a "Culture of Care." We strive to carry this vision across Ohio in our 57 skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. Columbus State Community College's nursing program job fair is just one way we at Foundations Health Solutions look to invest in our communities.

We also prioritize our employees and teams across Ohio. Foundations Health leader, Bob Speelman, spends time each week working alongside STNA's, nurses, dietary teams, and anywhere in between - to learn and continue to cultivate a Culture of Care in our nursing homes. One of his latest trips took him to Crown Pointe in Columbus to work with STNA Marian Jones. She is originally from Sierra Leone and has a profound story of care and love for her family and residents. We are so thankful to have people like Marian representing our Foundations Health family!

A local newspaper recently featured Claymont Health and Rehabilitation in Uhrichsville. Darrah, a Claymont resident, wrote about the excellent care she is experiencing, and the history of her parents dream for long and short term care in a nursing home like Claymont in their community.
